If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

On a eu un très bon contact avec Camille, super arrangeante et prévenante ! Nous avons apprécié notre week end avec ce van, même si le lit est un peu petit (1m60 de long) et que les guirlandes ne suffisent pas à un bon éclairage (nos lampes frontales nous ont été très utiles). Le van se conduit bien, les vitesses au volant ne sont pas du tout un problème et le gabarit est simple à gérer ! C'était notre première aventure en van et on recommande vivement ce van (pour débutants ou expérimentés) :)

Bon séjour dans le Van de Camille. Camille est très arrangeante.
Les vitesses du camion sont au volant et il faut un petit temps d'adaptation pour être plus à l'aise dans la conduite.
Seul bémol : le lit fait la largeur du camion et ne permet pas d'allonger ses jambes. Prévoir de se mettre dans la diagonale !

Tout s'est très bien passé ! Le camion est super, confortable et joliment décoré. Niveau conduite j'ai eu besoin de quelques minutes pour apprivoiser le levier de vitesse au niveau du volant, après quoi je m'y suis très bien faite.
Camille est top, super sympa et arrangeante, merci encore !
