Insurance Conditions

- Category B licence for 2 years or more
- Code DVLA for UK license holders.
- Must be 25 to 73 years old (a copy of your passport must be added to your profile)
- Must have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years (a copy of both sides of your driving licence must be added to your profile)
- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated on the DVLA website in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance conditions.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

We had a brilliant time in the van. Beds were very comfy, used the heating once and it was lovely. Boot is massive so we could take a bbq and garden chairs with us. No hassle picking up or dropping off. We would definitely recommend and hope to hire from Paddy again.

Overall a fantastic experience! We have never hired a campervan before so we were not sure what to expect but overall it was great. Paddy, the owner, was good to communicate with and quick to respond to messages prior to collection and did a thorough handover. The campervan was perfect for what we needed it for (an endurance race over a weekend) and we were pleased the water and electricity lasted the weekend as there was no electric hook up and limited ability to fill up with water. Had some fun with some of the locks for the waste water flap and toilet canister flap but Paddy had warned us in advance and is having them replaced. The campervan was fully kitted out with everything needed (crockery, cutlery etc). Will certainly consider using it again in the future.

We had an amazing time in Scotland. The motorhome had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Paddy was really helpful and took time to explain stuff to us first timers.

We took Paddy’s camper out at the end of November for a surprise birthday trip for my girlfriend.
the weather that weekend wasn’t particularly great! (Constant heavy rain) however we still had an amazing time!
Paddy was very accommodating upon introductions, him and his wife are very nice and a very interesting couple. As we were first timers we had plenty of questions. We were given loads of information about the vehicle and it’s functionality. Paddy was even nice enough to recommend some places to visit. He was very open and casual about the drop off time which I appreciated.
the van itself is fantastic. You can clearly see it has been professionally made and well looked after, the van ran smoothly and kept us warm though out the nights. We only wish the weather was better so we could have gone on a hike in the mornings. There was however a very comfy bed and a few extra sheets to cosy up in.

This was our first time trying out a camper van, Paddy was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.Nothing was too much trouble for Paddy in answering even the most simple novice's questions. The van was exactly as described and better. The van was easy to drive and powerful, it had everything we needed and very comfy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend in hiring this camper van. We did wild camping, it was a great experience, found some beautiful places to stay on the Yorkshire Moore. I will try and photos later.
