Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

The time with the van was absolutely brilliant!
At the pickup everything we needed to know was explained to us in detail. During the trip we could contact Javier at any time and received immediate feedback. Overall, the communication was very straightforward.
The van itself offers everything you need and is well thought out. Although it doesn't look that big from the outside, it offers plenty of space inside. Especially the large bed and the possibility to drive with three people have pleased us. In addition, we liked that the van looks like an ordinary delivery vehicle from the outside.
We will definitely rent the van again!
