If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Superbe accueil de Cyril, le propriétaire du véhicule. Ses explications pour la prise en main sont parfaites et son expérience très précieuse. Notre séjour a été conforme à nos attentes, le véhicule est sûr, propre, confortable et très bien agencé. En un mot comme en cent, que du bonheur! Lors du retour nous avons pu échanger nos impressions avec Cyril et ce fut un bon moment de partage. Hâte de repartir!

Quel w.e grâce au van de Cyril!
Pratique, confort et propre, son california nous a permis de profiter de tous les attraits du cotentin au calme en pleine nature, un vrai sentiment de plénitude et de liberté.
Cyril est accueillant et arrangeant, il nous a fait profiter de ses connaissances et a pu nous conseiller afin de passer un bon w.e.
