Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bonne expérience! Le camping car était tout confort! Nous sommes partis 3 jours en total autonomie avec 2 enfants! Et toute la famille àa été enchanté ! Nous recommandons. Merci beaucoup

Le loueur est très agréable et disponible.
Le véhicule était juste parfait, pour une première nous avons été ravis et renouvellerons l'expérience avec le même véhicule, c'est une certitude.
Tout l'équipement fonctionne parfaitement, réfrigérateur relativement grand avec congélateur, lits très confortables, soute suffisamment grande pour y mettre même notre petit barbecue boule...
Véhicule démarre au quart de tour, très agréable et facile à conduire, braque très bien (nous avons pris de petites épingles sur petite route dans le Cévennes sans aucun problème), puissance parfaite même dans de belles montées.
Bref tout était parfait.
Enfin non.......
Il n'a pas voulu nous le vendre !!! ☺️

Avec ma femme et mes trois enfants on a plongé dans le "camping-carisme" en 2016. On vivait alors en Ethiopie et il était notre maison d'été lors de nos retours en France. Très fan de ce mode de transport, nous l'utilisons moins intensément depuis notre retour en France et je pense qu'il est temps de le louer pour qu'il vive plus d'aventures (et que la batterie se recharge en roulant...).
