Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Pela primeira vez a Família experimentou o auto caravanismo e teve a sorte de encontrar a Those Campers mostraram todo o funcionamento da caravana, sempre bem dispostos e disponíveis sempre que precisei ( que foi uma ou duas vezes pois a demonstração foi muito útil )
caravana limpa com todos os utensílios de cozinha, WC funcional e pratico
Ao segundo dia já chamava de casa
Recomendo a todos

Tout était parfait ! Le van est conforme à la description et aux photos ! Il est très bien aménagé et en excellent état ! L'accueil, la disponibilité, la réactivité et la gentillesse de Diogo et de ses partenaires ont permis de rendre ce séjour magnifique ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Esperienza fantastica. Il van era pulitissimo e molto comodo, tanto da essere dispiaciuti di doverlo riconsegnare. L'host è stato molto gentile e ci ha assisitito ogni qual volta era necessario.
