Renato's Converted van

I had the best time ever!
Thank you so much guys!
I rented this van to travel alone around the Portuguese shore to go surfing and had the best time!
It's perfect for a solo traveler and my 8'3 longboard fit perfectly in the van.
I'm not a big girl (1,65cm and weight 50kg) and this van is soooo smooth to drive! Just need to be patient and drive this baby slowly - Miss Peanut will take you everywhere if you take care of her.
It has a lot of room (love the fact the two sits on the front fold), has all the essentials and it was really clean and tidy. 
The communication with both Samantha and Renato went smoothly and they were always really responsive and supportive during the whole trip.

Message to future rentals: Please take care of Miss Peanut so I can rent her again and again!

My girlfriend and I rented “Miss Peanut” (the name of the van) for 9 days and it was one of the best holidays we ever had. The car is so cozy and nice - I will recommend everyone to rent this car if you want to have the best experience ever! 🚌🚌🚌 

Miss Peanut was such a great companion for our trip! She was really cute, comfortable, and reliable. We drove her around Portugal for over 700kms without any issues. The gearbox takes a little getting used to but that could have just been my own experience. Ronato and Samanta were really friendly and responsive. You can tell they put a lot of love into Miss Peanut and making sure that you have everything that you need. I'd rent her again in a heartbeat!

Peanuts, Renato and Samantha are very nice people. They are friendly and serious and very helpful. They also take care about the trip we had for 2weeks and the answer buy Whatsapp is very quick.

For Peanuts, this lovely van was a very simple expérience as the pictures talks and we will keep a very good memories about French Peugeot J5. We was sad to give it back but it will stay in our heart... Peanuts was not to noisy, not to hot and not to small...

Maybe we are simple guest but i guess you should try also this beautiful van and country...

It was love at first sight... 😍 What a wonderful time we had with Ms. Peanut !!! 🌈🥜🚌We rented her for a whole two weeks and she was more than advertised. She took us everywhere we wanted and provided us with a beautiful and most cosy home on the road. Renato and Samanta are wonderful hosts, who put in a lot of effort to create a truely magnificent rental experience ❤️ Certainly not the last time we will be taking Ms. Peanut out on a ride!🚀

Unfortunately,  we could not come to Porto due to Corona, but for the next trip we will choose Renato and Samatas van again. :)

Hello Oldie van lovers!

If you are looking for something special and unique, Peanut is the one! Cozy and warm wooden inside, lovely curtains and a risky crazy speed of 80km/hr maximum will provide you a vintage and nostalgic trip around Portugal. The communication with the owners is very fluid and friendly, making the whole experience very recommendable. We had a great time with Peanut who provided a safe little home for us even during rainy nights and days! :)

We fell in love with this bus!

The interior is both practical and beautiful and has just about everything you need for your trip. Storage, kitchen, an extendable bed for two… if it rains it’s spacious enough to move the table inside.

Renato & Samantha were really kind and reliable.

Be aware that you’ll be driving with a 40 year-old car. It can be noisy and doesn’t travel much faster that 90 km/h - but the experience is worth it and I’d always prefer the charme of this old lady to a sleek new caravan!
