If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Ha sido un viaje muy bonito. Alquilamos la furgo un mes entero y no nos arrepentimos. Iker nos explicó todo muy bien y estuvo a la escucha de todas nuestras necesidades. También estuvo presente durante todo el viaje cuando lo necesitamos. La furgoneta esta decorada muy bonita y es muy cómoda.

Estupenda semana de Parque Nacional a Parque Nacional por La Rioja y Alava. Facilidad para pernoctar en las proximidades o incluso en la zona de acceso y centros de interpretacion.
El vehiculo sin problema, perfectamente equipado y en perfecto estado ( vaya, como que esta nuevecito :-))
Iker, el dueño, super atento y accesible no solo en la entrega y devolucion, sino durante el alquiler.

La furgo increíble, espaciosa y completa, no le falta un detalle. Ha superado las expectativas.
El propietario (Iker) de 10. Nos explicó con todo detalle las funciones y habitáculos de la furgo. En mitad del viaje, quisimos prolongar 1 día mas y no puso inconveniente, todo lo contrario...
Gran anfitrión, sin duda repetiremos. Gracias por todo Iker 😉
