Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons fait un magnifique voyage en Ecosse (a deux, mais compatible pour 3 egalement) et en grande partie grace au van de Severin. Propre, en excellent état, parfaitement équipé, la Rolce Royce ! Aussi, Séverin est digne d'une grande confiance, très disponible, très arrangeant et connaît son van par cœur. Je recommande à 1000%

Fabuleux week end de liberté ! dans ce super Van hyper bien équipé et très confortable.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, à l'écoute et de bon conseil. ils prennent le temps de tout bien expliquer.

Première expérience en van réussie ! Excellent week-end de 3 jours, dans ce van tout équipé, très bien conçu et propre ! Il est bien isolé, nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud (même en ces jours de canicules), et il est très agréable à conduire. Un grand merci à Severin pour ses horaires flexibles et ses explications claires ! Je conseille vivement !
