Hello everyone !
How would you like to spend a different kind of vacation?
Experiencing a new adventure, going to places you’ve never seen before?
Our motorhome, TheLamasVan, is the answer.
Completely remodeled, it has a TV, 2 beds (1 always made), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
It has a solar panel that makes it more independent.
An awning and outdoor light, barbecue, table and chairs allow you to dine in the moonlight, or just to have a peaceful conversation.
And driving? With assisted steering it is quiet and for maneuvering the rear camera is a precious help!
The strong engine allows you to take 5 people without even realizing it.
Both Silvana and I will be happy to provide you with a different experience to remember for a long time.
Our motorhome is delivered to Porto and Marco de Canaveses!

€100.00 of the deposit amount will be withheld, to be delivered by bank transfer or MbWay to the lessee within 8 days after the end of the reservation, after tolls, scuts and fines.
In case of damage that needs to be budgeted, the amount of €70.00 is charged in addition to the security deposit for travel expenses, tolls...

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

No voy a negar que tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas, pero eso no fue gracias a la van. Si están dudando en alquilarla porque las fotos se ven muy bien y el precio muy tentador ya les digo que no lo hagan. No solo no nos sentimos cómodos con el trato de los dueños sino que la van un verdadero fracaso. Tuvo problemas para encender desde el minuto uno hasta que finalmente tuvimos que llamar al remolque y perder más de dos horas con la van sin poder encenderla. Además perdimos dos días enteros de vacaciones porque la van hacía un ruido muy extraño. No tenía aceite. Un peligro. En ningun momento se ofrecieron venir a por nosotros ni intentaron brindarnos una solución. Muy triste, muy estresante y sobretodo una desilusión. Paguen un poco más y alquilen un auto nuevo y en mejores condiciones. Saludos!!

Sempre fomos super solícitos e nunca negamos ajuda a ninguém, convém deixar claro que ir buscar alguém que está a rodar o País e se encontra a mais de 500km de distância se torna um pouco complicado.
Quanto à carrinha não corresponder, deixo uma pergunta, sendo que dizem ter estado 2 dias parados (sendo que nunca fomos informados de tal situação) sobram 6 dias, nesses mesmo 6 dias fizeram cerca de 1800km uma média de 300km dia, para uma carrinha que não esta em condições torna-se difícil compreender. Como é claro a carrinha tinha óleo adequado, verificado a todos os alugueres, contudo não conseguimos prever o tipo de condução que não foi o melhor digo desde já,(conduzida a rotações altíssimas) a somar ao acidente que tiveram e que no final quiseram imputar-nos a culpa e por isso este comentário vingativo e prejudicial.
O barulho relatado, nunca chegou a ser ouvido por nós, a quando do retorno, nem pelo mecânico, feitos cerca de 6 alugueres nada do relatado se verificou.
Esta opinião esta em completa contradição com as demais avaliações anteriores e posteriores.
