Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Très bonne expérience, Juan et Stéphanie ont été supers, ils ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer pour ce premier séjour en van.
Le van correspondait parfaitement aux photos, il est très fonctionnel et en excellent état. Je recommande fortement Juan et Stéphanie !

Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable grâce au van de Juan et Stéphanie.
Ils ont partagé avec nous leur expérience afin de nous rassurer pour notre 1er road trip avec nos enfants.
Location de 10jours pour faire un tour de la Bretagne : nous avons dormi face à la mer, fait quelques arrêts dans des campings.
Sensation de liberté assurée !

1 ère expérience en van très bien passé . Van très bien équipé très propre .. les propriétaires ont pris le temps de bien expliquer de toutes les fonctionnalités du van et étaient joignables si besoin .. je recommande vivement je repasserais par eux sans aucun doute .. merci

Pour une première expérience en Van , nous avons été gâté ! La météo était avec nous, ce qui nous a permis de nous poser dans des petits coins sympa pour profiter. Le Van de Juan est super bien équipé et en très bon état. tout ce dont nous avions besoin était la ! Nous avons même pu nous doucher à l'arrière du van dans la cabine pliable que Juan nous a fourni. D'ailleurs je le remercie, ainsi que sa femme pour toute mes les explications et conseils qu'il m'a donné.
je recommande très chaleureusement !
