Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Première expérience camping-car pour notre famille, une envie déjà de recommencer. Le véhicule n'est pas tout neuf mais fait le job. Le propriétaire a été disponible à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons.

Hemos viajado 14 dias por los alpes mis dos hijos mi mujer y yo, la autocaravana aunque ya tiene sus años va fenomenal. Nos ha gustado la experiencia y Sandrine y su marido se han portado fenomenal. La unica pega es q no hablan ni español ni ingles y no pudimos comunicarnos mucho con ellos. Tuvimos que tirar de traductor. Recomendable 100%.

Un véhicule d'une dizaine d'année mais parfaitement fonctionnel et agréable à utiliser. Sans doute la conséquence d'une réhabilitation récente.
Le porteur a un kilométrage faible (55000km). Cela permet un voyage facile notamment en zone montagneuse avec une puissance disponible interessante.
