Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Bonjour Accueil sympathique, explications sur les fonctions du véhicule au top. Le camping car est tout à fait agréable à l'utilisation et à conduire (les plus, beaucoup de rangements et une grande soute). En résumé, on recommande.

Richard est super arrangeant, très gentil et super attentionné. Un bonheur d'échanger avec lui. Le camping car est exactement comme annoncé sur l'annonce : super bien équipé, parfait pour passer des vacances à 4.

Richard et sa famille sont très agréable et très accueillant. Nous avons passé une semaine avec leur camping car et tout était parfait. Le véhicule est très bien équipé, propre et très agréable à conduire. Avec 2 enfants en bas âge notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à le louer à nouveau !

Nous sommes une famille anglaise vivant et travaillant en Charente Maritime. Nous possédons un complexe de gîtes que nous louons pendant l'année et avons maintenant un camping-car à louer également. Alors peut-être voulez-vous combiner une semaine de détente et une semaine d'exploration! Même si nous vivons ici depuis 15 ans, mon français est toujours mauvais 😔
