Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tout s'est super bien passé. Après un petit temps d'ajustement avec la boîte de vitesse de Patoche, on a passé un super moment dans le pays basque Espagnol. Tony est super sympa et flexible pour la prise en charge et le retour du van.
L'aménagement est vraiment incroyable, tout est super bien pensé et super pratique.

Super contente de notre choix. Patoche a été un trés bon compagnon de voyage dans l'arrière pays basque. Tony a été super arreangeant. On recommande chaudement la virée avec Patoche <3

Patoche est le parfait compagnon de voyage ! Confortable et super bien équipé, nous avons passé 5 jours à vadrouiller dans le pays basque en sa compagnie. Son bon moteur et sa taille passe partout ont rendu notre premier séjour en combi inoubliable ! Merci à Tony pour son accueil et sa bonne humeur.
