Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Lo mejor, la libertad de llevar la casa contigo. Lo menos bueno, fue movernos 4 personas en un lugar tan reducido y el clima caluroso que no nos permitió descansar como quisiéramos. Fue un sueño cumplido el haber vivido esta experiencia

Un veritable plaer haver coincidit amb l'Ingrid i l'Aric. En tot moment s'han mostrat molt servicials i atents. Amb ells tot ha sigut molt més fàcil i l'autocaravana perfecte. Molt equipada, perfecte de funcionament i molt, molt confortable. Gràcies Ingrid i Aric, repetirem segur!!!!

La caravana en buenas condiciones, los propietarios Ingrid y Aric muy atentos siempre a todas nuestras necesidades, todo muy bien explicado y nos hemos sentido apoyados si hubiera habido cualquier inconveniente que por suerte no ha sido el caso. Repetiríamos sin pensar.

Hem tingut molt bona experiència, vam fer una ruta pel sud França. Era la primera vegada que anàvem amb Camper, i la comunicació amb l'Àric i la Íngrid va ser molt fàcil. Qualsevol problema responen al moment. Repetirem!
