If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bon accueil avec des explications complètes, claires et toujours avec le sourire.
Véhicule quasiment neuf en très bon état et très fonctionnel , il n’y manque rien ! La possibilité d’utiliser leur adhésion à France passion est très confortable.

Proprietaires tres acceuillants, tres organisés et disponibles.
Camping-car ancien mais maintenue en bon etat par les proprietaires tres soucieux de la securite de leurs locataires, beaucoup de rangements, espace de vie bien organisé.
Nous avons fait notre circuit sans aucun probleme à bord, les passagers arrieres ont une bonne visibilité du paysage pendant la route. Cuisine tres fonctionnelle et bien equipée. Salle de bain de taille tres correcte pour un camping-car.
Pour notre deuxiement voyage familiale en camping-car une reussite.

Eric et Véronique sont des gens magnifiques, gentils et responsables. Ils nous ont donné la caravane en parfait état et très propre. C'était notre première expérience et nous allons sûrement répéter. Salutations depuis l'Espagne.
