Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Danke an Bianca & Daniel - wir hatten eine super Zeit mit Lollo!
Es gab eine schnelle, freundliche und unkomplizierte Abstimmung. Sogar eine Vorab-Besichtigung des Fahrzeugs war möglich :-)
Klasse war auch die Einweisung und Übergabe. Ein kompaktes Handbuch fasst alle wichtigen Infos übersichtlich zusammen. Das Fahrzeug ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet: alles da was man braucht, bis hin zum Werkzeug und Material für Notfall-Reparaturen (wovon wir glücklicherweise keinen Gebrauch machen mussten). Das Fahrzeug ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Unsere nächste Camper-Reise würden wir gerne wieder mit Lollo unternehmen.

Eine Traumreise mit "Lollo"!
"Lollo" hat uns total verzaubert! Wir waren zum ersten mal mit einem Camper unterwegs und mit Lollo hatten wir alles was wir brauchten dabei! Er ist super ausgestattet und die Anmietung und Einweisung durch Bianca war einfach perfekt. Jederzeit ist sie erreichbar und antwortet schnell.
Überzeugt euch selbst und macht eine Reise mit Lollo! Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden es sicher nochmals tun...
