Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Merci à David pour son accueil et sa bonne humeur !! Le véhicule et top, super confort et très propre. On a été mis en confiance dès notre arrivée et ce fut une super première expérience en camping-car.

Propriétaires extrêment sympathique et disponibles. Le contact a été d'emblée très cordial malgré un changement d'horaire de dernière minute dans mon chef.
Accueil chaleureux, explications et état des lieux dans un esprit très relax. Motorhome très bien entretenu malgré un âge respectable, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et nous envisageons de renouveler l'expérience l'année prochaine probablement pour une période un peu plus longue. Reste à faire approuver ma fiche de congés ;-)
