Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Le camping car de Véronique est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre.

1er experience, avec 2 enfants. On est tous ravi. Contact avec Veronique tres sympa et cool. Elle nous donne pleins de conseils pour la bonne utilisation du CC. Malgré un gabarit impressionnant, le CC se conduit facilement, et ne consomme pas trop. L interieur est fonctionnel.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec ce camping car. Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants (de 4 à 10 ans) à se partager l'espace, mais cela était était suffisant.
Véronique est très à cheval sur l'état de son camping car, et même si on pourrait dire "trop", ce n'est que pour être sûre de la qualité du service qu'elle propose.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Mais la canicule et l'absence de clim auront eu raison de nous le dernier jour...
A refaire malgré tout !
