Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Julien es super amable y siempre está disponible, en todo momento. La autocaravana es muy antigua, por lo que hay cosas que ya están deterioradas, como persianas, baño... Pero ya se sabe, por el precio.
El único pero que le pongo es por la entrega. Fallo nuestro llegar tan tarde (se nos fue la previsión) pero, aunque le pedí reiteradamente a la mujer de Julien que se diera prisa porque perdíamos el vuelo, su parsimonia nos puso bastante nerviosos. Así que preveed un mínimo de 30 min para la entrega y comprobaciones.

La autocaravana tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas, la calefacción funciona super bien algo muy importante si vas a viajar en diciembre sobre todo, y el propietario muy amable y en todo momento pendiente a todo, la recomiendo 😊

Super première expérience en camping car pour notre petite famille. Julien est très sympa, arrangeant et disponible. Le camping car est bien équipé avec de nombreux rangements.
