Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Merci à Tiago pour sa gentillesse, sa flexibilité et son écoute. J'ai passé un excellent road trip de 15 jours avec ma fille dans ce van confortable et fiable, équipé du nécessaire pour une très belle première expérience de location. Voyage en toute liberté pour découvrir les magnifiques côtes portugaises. Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer son véhicule à Tiago pour partir à la découverte de l'intérieur des terres de ce beau pays. Merci encore.

Tiago was amazing -- extremely responsive, flexible about pickup and drop-off locations and times.
The van was great. It drives well, seemed fuel efficient, spacious for two people. We never hooked up to electricity or water supply, so I can't attest to the functionality of those systems. We brought our own solar shower bag which we used for dish washing and showering, and that worked great. We used the Park4Night app to find water, dump sites, and safe, quiet parking - was more thorough and updated than Caramaps that comes with the Yescapa rental, fyi.
Extremely affordable, flexible, and efficient. Would recommend.

It’s been a wonderful experience travelling with Tiago’s van.
First of all, because Tiago made everything very easy, always being available and answering very quickly. He’s been helpful all along our trip , he gave us some visit advices and brought us all the accommodations needed.
Second, because the car is very clean, all functional, and very practical to do any kind of road trip. We loved it and recommend it deeply.
