Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Super location. Le camping car est vraiment très bien et facile à conduire pour une première expérience comme la nôtre. Il est très fonctionnel et les explications pour l'utiliser sont vraiment très claires. Le contact avec les propriétaires s est vraiment très bien passé et nous recommandons très fortement la location de ce camping car. Nous avons vraiment été enchanté par ce voyage.

Nous avons loué le camping car d'Isabelle et Sébastien pour la Pentecôte (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Tout s'est très bien passé, le camping-car est confortable et très bien équipé. Isabelle et Sébastien sont très sympa et ont pris tout le temps nécessaire pour me montrer le véhicule. Le véhicule est un peu âgé, si beaucoup de kilomètres ce critère est à prendre en compte dans votre choix, mais à part ce point d'attention, je recommande vivement !
