Cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons apprécié cette 1ere expérience en fourgon aménagé. Le véhicule est facile à conduire et à stationner (manque juste des cales pour stationner vraiment partout). Les propriaitaires ont pris le temps de nous en expliquer le fonctionnement et ont su rester disponible par téléphone pour répondre à nos questionnement. Nous recommencerons !

Malgré un emploi du temps très chargé pour un 31 décembre en tant que restaurateurs, les loueurs ont été très accueillants et même si on a perdu un peu de temps au départ, nous les avons trouvé justes et commerçants au moment de payer les km sup'. Très satisfaits de notre 1er essai nous les recommandons vivement ! le camion est juste top et très agréable à manoeuvrer.
