Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super périple de 2 semaines avec le Marco Polo.
Miguel est très agréable et très disponible. Il a utilisé une application de traduction instantanée qui s'est révélée très efficace.
Le véhicule dispose de toutes les fonctions nécessaires et se conduit très bien malgré son âge.

Muy buena experiencia. La furgo está súper equipada y todo en perfecto estado, además nos esperábamos que al ser una furgo iría más lenta pero para nada. Miguel muy atento y amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable!

Todo salió súper bien. Miguel nos explicó muy bien el funcionamiento de la furgoneta y estuvo antento de cómo estábamos durante el viaje. La furgoneta es muy cómoda, se conduce muy bien y fácil.

Miguel ha sido superamable y nos ha resuelto todas las dudas que nos han ido surgiendo por el camino.
Tiene la furgo de lo más cuidada y está especialmente preparada, te das cuenta de los pequeños detalles a medida que van pasando los días.
El techo solar es un extra que hemos agradecido mucho, los demás utensilios a golpe de un solo click y montado (o desmontado)
Sin duda repetiré la experiencia con esta furgoneta.

Primera de muchas aventuras con una camper.
Ha sido un viaje genial y un trato excelente por parte de Miguel; cercano, detallista, muy agradable y atento en todo momento.
La camper me encantó; bien cuidada por dentro y por fuera; cómoda de conducir y en el manejo; con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del viaje.
Recomendable a todos aquellos que quieran disfrutar del descanso con grandes dosis de deporte o simplemente viajar por placer.

La furgo dispone de lo imprescindible para 4 personas cómoda y fácil manejo siempre al día de todo seguro a todo riesgo toldo mesas interior y exterior 2 camas cocina nevera placa solar portabicis baca {para ropa de cama se cobra 10 euros en concepto de Limpieza por juego}en temporada alta alquiler mínimo 7 días
el vehiculo se entrega a partir de las 4 de la tarde por motivos laborales
