About this van

"Bobbore" is a Volkswagen LT28 with original Westfalia equipment, class 1982. It has everything you need to be independent and free and the space on board is essential and comfortable. It is equipped with furniture, table, two sinks (kitchen and bathroom), stove with two burners, three-way refrigerator and two comfortable beds, one below, convertible from the dinette and one above, removable from the attic.
They can travel 6 people and sleep 4: it is a small family-sized camper and a mini-apartment for couples, with some luxury like shower cabin and hot water :) It has a 100-liter clear water tank, a convenient rear door over to the front ones and to the sliding door on the right side. We provide crockery, plates, glasses, cutlery and bed linen.
The driving is manageable and pleasant, it has a 6-cylinder 2400 diesel engine, perfect for a slow journey to discover the wonderful island in the middle of the Mediterranean ;)
The free delivery and redelivery service is provided to Oristano, in the west cost in the center of Sardinia.
Oristano is accessible by train or bus from all the main locations:
Cagliari, 50' by train from the railway station in the airport;
Alghero, 2h 30' by a private bus (logudorotours.it) from the airport;
Porto Torres, 3h by train from the railway station, 3 km far from the harbour;
Olbia, 2h 20' by train from the railway station, 5 km far from the airport.
The pick-up and the drop-off outside Oristano are possible with an additional cost.
The pick-up time is from 02:00 PM to 07:00 PM. The drop-off time is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Andrea and Sarah are really nice and friendly persons. Everything was really easy and good to manage, before and during our travel with the camper. During all the time we had the beautiful bobbore camper. Andrea was every time available if we need it. How they treat their campers shows how much they love each of them. We rented "Liliana" for two gorgeous weeks, which allowed us to properly explore the island. Andrea was extremely helpful and communicative - always writing back quickly when we had a question. The car itself is quite charming and drives well; plus, everything you need is right there with you. We really loved it - and totally recommend the experience to everyone.
