Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location à été en tous points conforme à la promesse de l'annonce, et l'utilisation du camping car à été facile grâce au temps que nous a accordé le propriétaire pour vraiment bien nous expliquer les moindres détails de son fonctionnement.
Nous avons tenu 3 jours en autonomie totale à 3 dans le camping car en étant un peu économe sur l'énergie, et ce, sans aucun panneau solaire pourtant.
Le chauffage nous a permis de passer 3 nuits en montagne à plus de 1000m d'altitude sans souci avec des températures aux alentours de 0 degré.
Expérience sympa, rien à redire ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Marie France et son mari nous ont bien expliqué le fonctionnement du véhicule.
Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pour notre premier essai en camping car.
