Our experience was great! Nico was very friendly, responsive and thinks in solutions. We had a great time with the van and it offered more than we were used to or expected. We certainly recommend it!

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the unforgettable experience of traveling in a motorhome! It was our first time, and everything went just perfectly. Special thanks for the quality motorhome - the equipment was in excellent condition, clean, everything necessary was there. We were especially pleased with the comfortable sleeping places and fully equipped kitchen, which made the trip comfortable and economical. We would also like to thank you for the clear instructions and support in communication - all issues were resolved immediately. The trip turned out to be truly unforgettable: Maria recommended us wonderful sights, we stopped in picturesque places and enjoyed the road without unnecessary worries. We had an unforgettable time! Vehicle was mechanical in a very good condition. However the roof window over the dining table did not close properly and it was very noisy while driving as well as the frame that was not secure properly, which the agent showed out when we received the vehicle. We had a very bad experience with the sliding door's window dropping out on day 6 of our holiday. It was clear that previous renters also had the same problem, because the stickiness of the ductape was still visible around the frame of the window. Fortunately we were in a town where there was a road-surfer franchise, but it was Friday night and we had to make a plan before dark and to get the window in one piece to the workshop. It was very frustrating because it is impossible to phone anyone - the call center's answering machine is in German, a language we don't speak and we did not have a direct number to use. We have sent an email, but with no reply until now. The manager of Konz's franchise was very friendly and helpful the Saturday morning. We were back on the road in 15 minutes.

Pedro and Andre were amazing owners. They helped us every step of the way! Very helpful and quick to answer any questions/concerns we had. The van was great and we had the best time travelling around Portugal!

It was my first camper-van experience and it made my trip a core memory. 😍 It is a very reliable and solid van with all essential amenities for daily life, which were well built into the two modules behind the seats. It is a very compact van which made it easy to drive around and park in various places even inside the crowded cities. The materials, colours and vibe inside the van made it so cozy and comfortable like a home. The communication with Alejandro was so seamless. He was quick in responding to any questions during the trip, which made it so easy and comfortable. I will 100% recommend to anyone wanting to rent this van. ❤️

We had a very nice experience renting Chiara's van. Communication was clear, friendly and fluent. The van itself is a real oldtimer, beautifully restored and with unique features. Unique experience to drive and travel in. Of course, be aware that you are travelling an old unique piece of history: upper speed limit of 85kmh and everything to be handled with care.

Raycho and hes family was very nice people, they went with my motorhome from Tenerife to El Hierro and back, all was good when they return, nice and clean. Reccomended and always welcome back!

It was fantastic experience! the motorhome is absolutely new, the interior and conveniences are like a luxury hotel. Owners are super kind and pleasant. Strongly recommend for family trip!

What an experience! My sister and I had amazing time with Maresia! The van might be old but her owner Sulay is really taking care of her so you can have a wonderful experience having a roadtrip in the island. Sulay is very friendly and she really wants to help you have the best experience! We feel blessed that we experience the island that way and for sure we recommend to! Perfecto, muy buen trato. Llegaron puntuales los dos dias y dejaron el vehículo impoluto. Incluso se rompió un vaso y compraron otro 🫶🏻 Excelentes viajeros.
