Fabio was fantastic to rent from. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, with an easy pickup and a hassle-free return. He took the time to show us how to use everything in the campervan, which made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. We’d definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great campervan experience.

There was an initial issue with the original van we wanted to rent but they were very helpful and we got to choose what van we wanted as an alternative at no extra cost. And once on holiday it was a dream, the best experience and they were helpful when we needed them. We Highly recommend !

Campy (the van) and I enjoyed each other’s company and had some great days together. She’s an old lady, but very well equipped, and I’m very happy and satisfied with the rental.Thanks to Alberto and Lauren for excellent communication, great local recommendations, and overall a really great camper rental experience on Gran Canaria.

Nuestra familia está muy satisfecha de haber alquilado la autocaravana a Pedro. Él respondió detalladamente a todas nuestras preguntas; el vehículo estaba completamente preparado para mi llegada y Pedro nos mostró y explicó todo con calma. Revisamos juntos el estado de la autocaravana y Pedro señaló todos los detalles en el contrato para evitar cualquier sorpresa después. La autocaravana cuenta con todas las comodidades, realmente tiene un consumo muy bajo y suficiente potencia para subir a cualquier camping. A la entrega, todo fue exactamente como habíamos acordado, sin sorpresas ni cargos ocultos. Superamos el límite de kilómetros y pagamos únicamente el exceso. Nos encantó la experiencia y sin duda podemos recomendar el alquiler con Pedro.

We really appreciated the service received from Volcanocampers. The van was in excellent condition: clean, well equipped, and in perfect mechanical shape. The instructions were clear, and the van pick-up and drop-off were efficient and on time. Would definitely recommend!

Very good experience! Traveling on Grand Canaria in a camper van is a perfect way to explore this beautiful island. Humberto is very friendly and service minded. He was always helpful and was quick to replay on any questions. 10/10 👍

I hired Sarah's van for an extended (6 week) adventure. As a well experienced tent camper person it was fantastic to have the "step up" convenience of a camper van! Personally kept the lower bed set up set all times and when the temperature dropped to close to 0*C kept the pop up down when cooking to keep things toasty warm. The near continuous switch backs of mountain roads were easily navigated in the van, and honestly couldn't imagine trying to do so in a bigger vehicle. The van's height was 90% of the time also not an issue; and again not sure how taller vehicles manage with surprise low bridges, or parking lots with height restrictions. Finding urban (historic centre) parking was the only continuous challenge, luckily I didn't spend much time in urban areas. Sarah herself was amazingly helpful and patient, as this was my first experience with a camper-van and I had many, and constant questions, especially the first week!

Really great van. You can literally live in it as it has pretty much all the essentials. Great for going off grid as it has the solar panels to power the leisure battery. Lots of storage drawers and cupboards to keep your belongings in. Both beds comfy and cosy with the roof bed being the creme de la creme of experiences, even when it’s a bit cold at night it’s still brilliant. Plus the van is not too big so it handles majority of narrow bendy steep roads with ease.

We would like to thank Jonatan for his exceptionally fast communication before the start of our holiday, which was almost disrupted by another camper van provider. Jonatan handed over the van perfectly clean, fresh-smelling, and clearly explained everything we needed to know about the equipment and its functions. The van is extremely well equipped – it truly feels like an apartment on four wheels. It offers plenty of functional lighting, good ventilation, ample storage space, and a refrigerator, allowing for a high level of independence during the trip. The vehicle was fully reliable throughout our stay and enabled us to explore the entire island without any problems. Highly recommended, and thank you once again!
