Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Hello, I’m Pipa, a 2010 Volkswagen Transporter and I have a special feature: I have a wall lined with wine boxes from some Portuguese wineries I’ve visited. Come and discover Portugal with me.

I come equipped with: -Stove -Kitchen counter -Fridge -Indoor table -Outdoor table with chairs -Outdoor shower -Kitchenware -Bed linen -Bath towel -Welcome kit.

Extra rental

-Unlimited Internet €20 per rental.

-Chemical toilet €20 per rental.

-Surfboard €10/day

-For festivals, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to be agreed upon

-I come equipped with a green lane, at the end of the rental €150 will be retained (around 10 days) until the due payments are validated, after the payments are validated we will refund the difference! *Possibility of airport transfer subject to availability*

-The cleaning fee charged is for cleaning bed linen and bath towels, which are properly washed between each rental and has nothing to do with cleaning the van, which must be returned clean.
