    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Posibilidad de incluir bajo alquiler: bicicletas, tabla paddle surf (2€/día). Casette adicional wc (2€/día). Podrás dejar tu vehículo en recinto cerrado, mientras disfrutas de tu autocaravana. Tanto el depósito de aguas grises como de negras debe entregarse vacío, si no se respeta, se debe entregar 50€ para realizar el vaciado en zona controlada. La autocaravana se entrega en un estado excepcional de limpieza y desinfectada por ozono.
