Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Veículo em ótimo estado com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia descansada e sem preocupações. A caravana tem casa de banho com duche separado, utensílios de cozinha para 4 pessoas, aquecimento central a gás, entradas USB e televisão , um conversor de 12 para 220v para máquina de café ou secador de cabelo. O depósito de gás GPL é externo e fixo, permitindo ter água quente e utilizar o fogão de 3 queimadores.

Relativamente ao levantamento, pode ser efetuado em Arouca, Vale de Cambra, São João da Madeira ou Santa Maria da feira, estando sujeito a uma comissão por transporte.

O veículo é entregue limpo, bem como o depósito de combustível e de de águas limpas cheio, o depósito de de águas sujas vazio e a cassete da sanita limpa. A caravana deve ser entregue nas mesma condições, senão serão subtraídos à caução 60€ se a caravana não estiver limpa por dentro e por fora, 30€ se o depósito da água limpa não estiver cheio ou o de água suja e a cassete não estiverem limpos e 80€ se o depósito de combustível não estiver cheio . Relativamente à caução é de 800€: 60% devolvidos na entrega se estiver tudo em conformidade e os restantes 40% passados 6 dias, após ser retirado o valor da via verde.
