⚠️ Important Info About Ibiza’s Camper Regulations (Updated 2025)

Camper and motorhome regulations in Ibiza are constantly evolving, so we strongly recommend checking the rules before your trip. Here’s what we know for sure:

• Campers registered in Ibiza (like this one) do not need a special permit to drive, even if you're a visitor.

• Sleeping inside the vehicle in unauthorized areas may result in fines, even if the van is closed and nothing is set up outside.

• You are not allowed to stay parked in the same spot for more than 3 consecutive days unless it’s an authorized area.

• Camping (setting up awnings, tables, chairs, opening rooftop tents or outward windows) is always prohibited outside designated zones.

• Any fines for improper parking, overnight stays, or use of the vehicle will be the traveler's responsibility. If fined, the driver's details will be transferred to the authorities.
