    More than 30 days before departure, you will be refunded 95% of the cost of the rental excluding insurance and service charges.

    Less than 30 days before departure, no refund is possible, and the full amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to the reason force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to force majeure, you can benefit from special cancellation conditions. Which allows you to postpone your trip at no cost.

The amount of your cancelled reservation will be transferred to a rental credit allowing you to reserve the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner), on the dates of your choice.

Hi!!! We are Virginie and Nicolas, we have just acquired our lovely van to be able to escape whenever we want and we want you to enjoy it!! BIDAÏA (the journey in Basque), our brand NEW van, is waiting for you for your weekends, your holidays, in the Basque country or elsewhere!

It is perfect for two young lovebirds or a couple with a child who can sleep in the front of the vehicle (see photo), however we have the possibility of renting a tent with 2 mattresses to leave with 2 additional teenagers or adults. (Registration card 4 people)

BIDAÏA is fully equipped! Nothing is missing! Large fridge with freezer, two gas burners, all the dishes and utensils needed for 4 people, cleaning kit, shower, outdoor shower, toilet, heating, USB port, awning, sunshade, mosquito net, table and chairs, wedges, garden hose etc.

We also provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: coffee, books, guides, board games etc.

Optional and additional, the possibility of providing bed linen, we also rent 2 bicycles to be able to stroll quietly in our beautiful region!

We also offer if you arrive by train or plane to come and pick you up at Hendaye train station (free) or at Biarritz airport (additional 15 euros per trip).

You will have the possibility of parking your vehicle with us instead of BIDAÏA!
