Insurance
Unsere T@Bs sind zu eurer und unserer Sicherheit ordentlich als Mietfahrzeuge zugelassen und versichert. Eure Selbstbeteiligung beträgt 1000 € bzw. mit der Buchung der Option "Schadensreduktion" (einmalig 99 € pro Reise) nur 250 € pro Schadensfall. Zusätzlich empfehlen wir einen (Auslands-) Schutzbrief für das Zugfahrzeug (der regelmäßig auch damit gezogene Anhänger beinhaltet), damit im Falle eines Unfalls oder einer irreparablen Panne keine hohen Kosten für den Rücktransport entstehen. All unsere T@Bs verfügen über einen Deichselträger für zwei Fahrräder. Bei ausgewählten Fahrzeugen ist die Mitnahme von Tieren möglich.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Masculine, beefy, wow: Our T@B 320 OffRoad can be attached to almost any car thanks to the low permissible total weight (1000 kg) and driven with a class B driving license. They are approved for 100 km/h, have a bicycle rack and a lockable anti-sway coupling.

In addition, all T@B 320 OffRoads have a Truma Saphir Comfort stationary air conditioning system with cooling and heating function (230V), a refrigerator (gas/12V/230V), a gas cooker, a sink, a round seating group that can be converted into a queen-size bed (175x200cm), fly screens and black-out blinds.
