    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Departure

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Somos um casal que adora a aventura, e com esta nossa casa podemos viver experiências únicas.
Durante toda a sua viagem pode contar com o nosso acompanhamento e apoio para qualquer questão que possa surgir.
Esta nossa casa está preparada para acomodar 6 pessoas( todas com cinto de segurança), estando equipada com utensílios de cozinha.

Extra:

- Roupa de cama tem um custo extra de 20€ ( valor único)
- Podem ser incluídos toalhas de banho/ rosto pelo valor de 20€( valor único)
-É cobrada uma taxa de limpeza de 30€ interior  e 30€ exterior caso a autocaravana não seja entregue devidamente limpa e com o depósito de águas sujas limpo.
- Será cobrada uma taxa extra no valor de 40€ caso a cacete não esteja devidamente limpa.
-Ao valor da caução será retido no final do aluguer o valor de 200€, durante 15 dias para possíveis passagens em portagens e scuts, após esse tempo será devolvido conforme a modalidade que o cliente escolher.
