This cover does not extend to headlights, rear-view mirrors, roofs or sunroofs, panels or windows - made of synthetic materials. - Accidental tire damage: It covers the first accidental damage of a tire (puncture). - Security deposit: 450€ - Deductible: 450€ ADDITIONAL COVERAGES: YOUNG DRIVER < 25 years old (10€/night): Additional amount that the driver under the age of 25 must bear to drive the vehicle. ADDITIONAL DRIVER (10€/night): Whenever the Basic protection plan is selected, it is possible to indicate another person(s) authorized to drive the vehicle, upon payment of €10/night for each additional driver. TRAVEL WITHOUT BORDERS (29€/night): It allows you to travel through the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom, only with the Best protection plan and if the rental is equal to or more than 10 nights. In the event of an accident due to speeding, negligence, driving under the influence on any substance that impairs driving ability, the Hirer shall be liable for all repair costs and compensation corresponding to the immobilization time of the vehicle, even if an insurance excess reduction service has been contracted.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
