Este depósito es reembolsable y se devuelve íntegramente una vez que la autocaravana es devuelta y se haya verificado que se encuentra en el mismo estado en el que se entregó. El depósito de seguridad tiene como finalidad cubrir posibles daños o pérdidas que puedan ocurrir durante el período de alquiler. Es importante destacar que nuestro objetivo principal es asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y promover un ambiente de confianza mutua. Antes de la entrega de la autocaravana, realizamos un minucioso proceso de revisión y documentamos su estado actual. Al finalizar el período de alquiler, llevamos a cabo una inspección exhaustiva para asegurarnos de que no haya habido ningún daño adicional. En caso de que se detecten daños o pérdidas durante la inspección posterior al alquiler, el costo correspondiente se deducirá del depósito de seguridad. Si no se encuentra ningún daño o pérdida, el depósito se devolverá en su totalidad en el plazo más breve posible, generalmente en un plazo inmediato o hasta 48h más tarde después de la entrega. Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
