    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Falls das Fahrzeug nicht in gereinigtem Zustand zurückgegeben wird, wird eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von EUR 150,00 erhoben. Versicherung: Dieses Fahrzeug verfügt über eine Selbstfahrer-Vermietversicherung des Vermieters. VK mit 1500,00 Euro Selbstbeteiligung.  Kaution: Die Kaution in Höhe von 1500,00 Euro wird vom Vermieter verwaltet und bei der Fahrzeugübergabe in bar oder PayPal entgegengenommen.
