Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

But it doesn't stop there: Portugal has a rich culture and historical legacy, spectacular natural attractions, delicious cuisine, in addition to a people widely recognized as welcoming and charming. Our motorhome is perfect to enjoy all these unique advantages! It is very comfortable and well equipped, with a layout focused on utility. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, for long weeks, weekends or short getaways.

General conditions:

Travel in total safety: the vehicle is only available for use after total disinfection has been carried out with a certified disinfectant for COVID 19. A certified disinfectant gel is also available for your trip.

We provide a safe and free place for the customer's car parking.

-You will receive the motorhome with the diesel tank full, you will have to deliver it also full. -You will receive the motorhome clean, you will have to deliver it equally clean. -You will receive the motorhome with the ready-to-use chemical toilet cassette, you will have to deliver it empty and washed. -You will receive the motorhome with the clean water tank full, you can deliver it empty. -You will receive the motorhome with the wastewater tank empty, you will have to deliver it equally empty. -The motorhome has a user manual available for its operation.

Special condition:

The deposit amount is €900 for any damage to the vehicle, delivered at check-in in cash or by transfer up to 48 hours before check-in. At check-out, €700 is returned, leaving €200 captive, which will be refunded  up to15 days after check-out, after verification and deduction of costs incurred with tolls and scuts on motorways.
