Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

*The motorhome will be delivered clean and properly sanitized with the necessary bedding sets and towel sets for up to 6 people at no additional fee.

* Water and diesel tanks full.

* The return must be made under the same conditions or the amounts of * €10 for replacement of clean water, * €50 fine if the WC cassette, water deposit returns dirty, * value for fuel according to the price in energy and liters missing to fill the tank and possible greenway tolls. * A cleaning fee of €30 will also be deducted at the end of the rental.

* The deposit will be returned in same form within the following 15 days after verification of: - drinking water and diesel tanks full, - gray water tanks and toilet cassette empty, - tolls paid and, - absence of possible damage minus the cleaning fee of €30.

When booking the place it will be visible on the platform but we are 8 minutes from the airport in the city center. 

The vehicle delivery is scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM. From 9 PM to midnight, a fee of €15 per hour will be charged until arrival at the vehicle, and after midnight until 9 AM, a fee of €30 per hour will be charged until arrival at the vehicle.
