Insurance
Le véhicule est assuré par défaut au tiers simple. Le conducteur est responsable financièrement sans limitation en cas de dégât sur le véhicule. La caution demandée s'élève alors à 5200€. Le conducteur peut souscrire une assurance optionnelle vol / casse dite CDW / TP pour 25 € par jour ce qui a pour effet d'abaisser la franchise et la caution à 2.500€. Des assurances complémentaires peuvent être souscrites sur demande. Les conducteurs âgés de moins de 25 ans révolus doivent s'acquitter d'une assurance additionnelle de 9€ par jour (dit supplément jeune conducteur) dans la limite de 180€ par location.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
