Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Jasmine's campervan description
Very comfortable and practical car, easy to drive. Perfect for exploring the island and park anywhere.

I can pick you up and drop you off at the airport if the timing suits.

The tinted windows are a great advantage against the sun and heat.
The bed is very large and comfortable, perfect for a couple or a solo traveller.

There is a table with chairs, gas stove, water, batteries, barbecue, parasol, and a portable cooler. (all supermarkets, even the smallest ones, sell ice).
A basic kitchen set with coffee, salt, oil, etc. is also available.

Surfboards of various sizes or fishing rods with different accessories are available upon request. Clean sheets and blankets are provided.
