DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE: al momento del ritiro del veicolo, dovrà essere versato il deposito cauzionale, che verrà rimborsato dopo la riconsegna e il controllo del mezzo. La mancata costituzione del deposito nei termini previsti comporterà la risoluzione del contratto con diritto della CAMPERIS SPA a trattenere l'acconto versato in sede di prenotazione. La restituzione della cauzione avverrà entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla riconsegna del mezzo. RISARCIMENTO DANNI: il pagamento degli eventuali danni arrecati al mezzo da parte dell'utente, avverrà mediante trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale, peraltro l'utente è sempre direttamente responsabile nei confronti della CAMPERIS SPA di tutti i danni provocati al mezzo, anche oltre l'importo del deposito cauzionale. PRESE E RICONSEGNE: Il mezzo viene consegnato all'utente pulito internamente, e tale deve essere riconsegnato, intendendo con cio' anche il serbatoio delle acque grigie e la cassetta WC, il calcolo dell'eventuale pulizia interna, se necessaria, viene pattuita in grado allo sporco mentre il mancato svuotamento dei suddetti serbatoi e' pari a 50,00 EURO.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
