    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

The maximum permissible weight is 4,100 kg, so a Class C1 driver's license (Germany's old Class 3) is required. This means the vehicle has a payload of approximately 900 kg, preventing overloading. The vehicle has a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a TV with automatic satellite system, and a spacious garage suitable for bikes and camping equipment.
