    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Bonjour à vous, Passionnée de vanlife, ces 5 dernières années, j'ai parcouru l'Europe avec mon fidèle FILAOS, un magnifique VW T4 de 2022. Je me pose un peu en Alsace, d'où l'envie de le mettre à disposition pour qu'il continue de partir à l'aventure, il adore ça !
