The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Estuvimos unos días en la furgoneta y todo fue estupendamente, es muy cómoda y funcionaba perfectamente. Andrea, el peopietario es muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Muy recomendable

No fue lo que esperábamos, la furgo hay que tratarla con mucho cuidado. Andrea en todo momento resolvió nuestras dudas y tuvo predisposición para arreglarnos cosas que no estaban listas cuando llegamos. La ropa de cama hay que devolverla limpia y seca, sino son 20 euros extra. Revisad bien los términos que Andrea os pasa. Es muy importante que también reviséis el exterior, cualquier marca pequeña y mancha va a ser examinado y puede que os pida dinero por ello.
Respuesta del propietario: Como comenta Nerea no he echo nada mal, se queja por respectar la práctica estándar, el vehículo viene en una condiciones y tiene que ser dejado en las mismas. Si la fotos que sacamos al momento del el alquiler presentan más marcas en la chapa, desperfectos, es justo que paguen, así como si la caravana no viene de regreso limpia o la ropa de cama lavada tendré que deducir de la fianza lo que vale. Envió a todo mis clientes un txt que explica todo lo de la caravana y los gastos en caso de falta de cumplimento o defecto. La gente lo lee muchas veces antes de firmar el contrato y todo bien. A Nerea la fui a buscar y la dejé en el aeropuerto, haciéndole ahorrar 80 € de taxi.

Van magnifico, come ce lo aspettavamo . Ci ha permesso di vivere appieno l'isola, facendoci scoprire luoghi meravigliosi. Andrea è stato molto gentile nel trasporto in aeroporto (gli abbiamo fatto fare una alzataccia mattutina alle 5, ma non si è tirato indietro); molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema e inviandoci anche precedentemente i luoghi secondo lui migliori per vivere appieno questa esperienza. Grandioso.
