Our experience was amazing! From beginning to end Manfred did everything to ensure our trip was seamless. We were greeted at the airport when we arrived and even dropped off when we departed for home. This made our trip so much easier. He really went all out to make sure our trip was a success. From answering questions we had to giving travel advice for Spain Manfred was very responsive and a super host! Fred is thoughtfully designed and well laid out for living in; our stay was very comfortable. We used the wise app for the damage deposit and that was the best option in my opinion. I even received my deposit back in full although there was a chip in the window that occurred during our trip. From beginning to end our experience of renting from Manfred was a pleasure and I would certainly recommend renting Fred to anyone. - Yescapa
The Owner turned up and gave me a handover of the vehicle and how it works. The inside of the vehicle was clean and luxurious with all the mod cons, we had a great trip in the car. I would happily recommend using the owner's vehicle. Thank you. - Yescapa
Arthur is a very friendly and helpful man. He will advise you interesting places to visit. He can help you with anything and answers very quickly. I also went to the highest mountain with the car, there were 3°C outside during the night and thanks to the car insulation and wooden panels, I wasn't cold inside at all. I really enjoyed the whole trip. Recommended! - Yescapa
Booked last minute and had a great experience with Roberto, who answered quickly and replied to all our questions. The vehicle has a guide which he has supplied of places to stay and visit, and this was a super resource. We supported the local cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, and only used the cooking utilities on a few occasions. Our only concern was the portable toilet, as it is very difficult to find places to empty this on the island, so prepare yourself for this before you leave. Otherwise a wonderful experience with the van from Roberto- Thank you. - Yescapa
We had a rough start since Alicia could not show us the vehicle herself. A friend of her helped us instead and unfortunately the vehicle was not in such good shape as expected (broken table, broken windows by the table and in the bathroom - they could not be opened, broken luggage space which could only be reached from the inside of the vehicle). Therefore our initial experience was not very good and we initially requested a refund due to the shape of the vehicle, but that was not possible. We chose to continue with the rental and except from the errors presented above, our experience of the vehicle and the island was very good. The vehicle was comfortable to drive and to administrate. Also, we could contact Alicia if we had any questions along the way. Also, the return of the vehicle was very smooth and we could add cleaning to the contract afterwards. In addition to that, Alicia gave us a ride to the airport whish was very much appreciated by us! - Yescapa

Amazing! Me and my family (2 asylrätten and 2 kids) hired this van and was Very impressed with the owners. They were very service minded and well prepared. They answered all our questions very fast. - Yescapa
The car may look old, but it is in perfect condition. Everything is functioning well, the beds are comfortable, and driving it was a pleasure. Fuel consumption very economical 8l/100. It came equipped with bed linen, towels, and kitchenware. Solar panels are so good you can stay off grid for whole trip. The owners are wonderful people, and we had excellent communication throughout our stay. The airport pickup service is a fantastic feature that saves time.Do not hesitate - book this camper for a great experience! - Yescapa
Michele and his van were awesome. The van was exactly what we needed to travel through Europe. Michele explained how everything worked in his van prior to departure and was available at all times if we had any questions or problems. The van is in perfect condition and I would recommend it to any couple looking for a van this size to explore Europe. - Yescapa

We loved our rental with Ragüel and Andrea, and would recommend them to future travelers. The van was comfortable, with more than enough space for our week+ stay. It was an awesome way to see the island and a very memorable honeymoon. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive if we had any questions, easy to coordinate with on pick up/drop off times. It was especially helpful that Andrea shared with us a map of service stations, restaurants, parking spots, and activities around Tenerife, which really took the pressure off us to sort all of that out. There was so much to see and do, it was hard to decide how to spend our time but the information really helped. We are also super grateful with the patience and effort put towards sorting out transfers between Spain/Canada, as the banking systems don't make it easy. It took a few weeks but everything got sorted out! Would recommend for future renters from North America to handle the damage deposit with cash for ease. - Yescapa
We had a beautiful experience! the caravan felt like home for us, traveled for 3 weeks with our 3 young children. the caravan was in top shape, came with all that we needed, with though of the little details. Maria our hostess was so attentive to our questions along the way, like a friend always ready to help, thank you. It was our first time renting a caravan, everything was explained beforehand, super clear and with tolerance. We highly recommend! - Yescapa

Easy to book and upload required documentation via site.Van was as expected from site details given. She is old but good. Equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and cooking equipment and cleaning equipment. Good linen bedsheets and towels. Outdoor chairs and table. Bed above the cabin was comfortable, bed made up from seating area not that comfortable. Driving cab spacious and comfortable.Andreia was always available to answer questions about the van and general enquiries, very quick response to my queries, helpful and informative answers.Would be helpful to have an overview of the van and how to operate eg when switching from solar to powered site and the fridge. Given alot of information about the van and how to operate during an extensive handover, but forget some information. - Yescapa

We had a fantastic experience renting a camper van in Lanzarote! The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and the van was in great condition—clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our adventure. It gave us the freedom to explore the island’s stunning landscapes, from beaches to volcanoes, at our own pace. Sonia was friendly and helpful, offering us great tips for places to visit. The camper van made our trip truly memorable and was a perfect way to experience Lanzarote a bit off the beaten path! We rented Lenny for five nights in the middle of October, as a birthday present for my boyfriend. We are a Swedish couple owning a T2 of our own, and wanted to see the north of Spain! What was positive? There were NEVER any problems for Nicholas. Everything could be solved, and he always replied very fast, which felt really safe and calm. Lenny brought us nearly 1000km and people happily waved when they saw us. Lenny worked good and never complained, even in the storm and gravt rain! Due to bad weather, we didn’t used the portable kitchen that much, but once we did it worked fine. On the negative side, Lenny would need a face lift on the inside, the photos taken on the website I would say is a bit of his former glory. The sofa is really hard to sleep on, the table isn’t installed anymore (we were loaned a small lower table, but it didn’t work that well because of the height) and the curtains really needed to be cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed the ride! - Yescapa
