We had really great experience with Carlos. He was very helpful whenever we need something to ask. Carlos do not speak English, however we were quick with all instructions without any problem. The van is in excellent conditions. All necessary equipment is in van to ready for use. Thank you so much we had really amazing time in Van driving around Tenerife. - Yescapa
Première expérience avec Yescapa, ce fut un plaisir de louer le van de Frank. Contact hyper agréable, on se sentait déjà chez nous quand il nous montrait le véhicule! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur pour manger et dormir et être autonome pour plusieurs jours. "Don't worry" is a favorite expression on Tenerife that can mean two very different things. (1) It can mean you shouldn't take problems seriously, things go wrong all the time. (2) Or, it can mean you don't need to worry, it's all taken care of.With this RV and this owner, it means you don't need to worry at all!From our arrival to our departure, we never had to worry, everything was exceptional.The RV was pristine, well-maintained, spotlessly clean, with a sleek modern interior thoughtfully designed for two weeks of convenience. Very efficient layout and smart use of space for two people. Everything was in perfect working order. While other vehicles may be less per day, there's real value to everything "just works" and getting to spend your travel time enjoying things instead of mechanical details. This RV was the best value we can imagine, perfectly made for the island.If you haven't driven one, the Giottiline C60 Compact is very easy to handle with a tighter turning radius than most cars and easy to use systems both inside and out, compact but complete. A wonderful power system is hidden away with dual batteries for vehicle and living space with two of the latest large powerful charging panels on the roof, and even an optional (you can switch it off) 220v power supply with Type F outlets in the kitchen and bed area. Dash, table, and bed area also have typical 12v sockets.Freshwater is convenient with a fast heater for hot showers, though in a compact RV you may want to get and use gym-style full body wipes rather than have to go find and refill water every couple days. Plenty of storage in the back means you can carry a few 8 liter fresh water (sold everywhere) jugs for drinking or cooking if you care. The waste cassette is a standard Thetford C200 series, compatible with machines around the island or easy to deal with at sites with generic service.But the big reason you'll have NO WORRIES are the owners, the most thoughtful and gracious we've met anywhere. They were proactive, flexible, and supportive, solving things for us before we thought of them. Renting a new type of vehicle in a new place in a new language can be a lot to keep track of. Their process, documentation, and assistance was warm, welcoming, and professional — for the trip, the vehicle, and the island. They made all of it truly..."Don't worry!" - Yescapa
Notre location avec Dorian et Charlotte s’est très bien passée. Nous les recommandons avec plaisir car arrangeant et très sympathiques ! Concernant le van il correspondait à ce que nous cherchions pour une virée de deux semaines, l’aménagement était très bien et tout était fournit, il nous restait plus qu’à prendre la route ! - Yescapa

We had an unforgettable trip with the van – it was comfortable, reliable, and had everything we needed in a compact setup that was easy to drive, even without much experience with bigger vehicles. You can really tell that a lot of care and love went into building it (it inspired me to maybe build my own one day). We had an amazing road trip through South Sardinia with Marco’s van! The van was super comfortable, reliable, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable journey. It’s completely equipped for wild camping, which gave us the freedom to stay in stunning, remote spots and really connect with nature. It was easy to drive and perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal areas and hidden gems of the island. Marco was also very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. We had the BEST experience renting Alessandro's van. He rebuilt it himself and made very clever choices which makes the van unique and ideally built. The van itself drives very smooth, we had 0 technical issues. The bed is very comfortable and cooking and cleaning is really easy. And it's very cosy inside. 10/10 would recommend!About Alessandro himself: what a great guy. Super helpful, replies immediately when you have questions and is super chill. I even forgot my wallet in the glove compartment, but Alessandro mailed it to me so now I have it back!You cannot go wrong renting this van. It definitely made our trip amazing :) - Yescapa
We had an amazing vacation thanks to the campervan we rented! Everything was clearly explained by the owner on how to deal with it and tips for our trip. The vehicle was reliable, clean, and very comfortable to drive. It made our road trip smooth and stress-free. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. They were always available and very helpful whenever we had a question. A big thank you to Omayma for her kindness and professionalism. Also, thanks to Alex, her brother-in-law, who was just as helpful and friendly. Their hospitality really made a difference in our experience. Camping in Sao Miguel was such a blast. Sara and her husband João were most welcoming and they really made sure we know we can ask for help if anything happens. I rented campervans in several countries before but here with Sara it was the best experience I had so far. They even recommended us places to visit and local food to try. Generally very nice and helpful people and I'm grateful to meet them. They made us feel like part of the family. The camper is well equipped, you have everything you need. We made coffee and eggs on the cooker and enjoyed this almost every morning. Even though it is a smaller van, it was perfectly suitable for 2 people as it has lot of places to store your luggage and stuff. I'm glad we chose a smaller van, it was easier to navigate the narrow streets. It also had a surprisingly low fuel consumption. We traveled the whole island and saw everything we wanted and still only went down half of the tank, so it was quite an economic way to see the island. The bed space was our main worry, but it is actually bigger as you can move the car seats to the front, so even my taller cousin (174 cm tall) could comfortably sleep. It was equipped with pillows and blankets and felt cozy. We rented for 6 nights and we could go much longer if we didn't have to return home :) - Yescapa

We had an awesome holiday with the campervan! I have the same one at home so i knew what it should be like. Not in the best shape it ever was but almost everything was functional! We just had bad luck with the fridge because it didn’t work but Nicola is going to repair it! - Yescapa
Everything was smooth. We communicated in Spanish. Campervan is very clean and has no problem with mountain roads. Rafa was amazing and help us to organise transfer from the airport. I recommend this owner and van for everyone who wants to visit many great places in Tenerife. - Yescapa
