"Don't worry" is a favorite expression on Tenerife that can mean two very different things. (1) It can mean you shouldn't take problems seriously, things go wrong all the time. (2) Or, it can mean you don't need to worry, it's all taken care of.With this RV and this owner, it means you don't need to worry at all!From our arrival to our departure, we never had to worry, everything was exceptional.The RV was pristine, well-maintained, spotlessly clean, with a sleek modern interior thoughtfully designed for two weeks of convenience. Very efficient layout and smart use of space for two people. Everything was in perfect working order. While other vehicles may be less per day, there's real value to everything "just works" and getting to spend your travel time enjoying things instead of mechanical details. This RV was the best value we can imagine, perfectly made for the island.If you haven't driven one, the Giottiline C60 Compact is very easy to handle with a tighter turning radius than most cars and easy to use systems both inside and out, compact but complete. A wonderful power system is hidden away with dual batteries for vehicle and living space with two of the latest large powerful charging panels on the roof, and even an optional (you can switch it off) 220v power supply with Type F outlets in the kitchen and bed area. Dash, table, and bed area also have typical 12v sockets.Freshwater is convenient with a fast heater for hot showers, though in a compact RV you may want to get and use gym-style full body wipes rather than have to go find and refill water every couple days. Plenty of storage in the back means you can carry a few 8 liter fresh water (sold everywhere) jugs for drinking or cooking if you care. The waste cassette is a standard Thetford C200 series, compatible with machines around the island or easy to deal with at sites with generic service.But the big reason you'll have NO WORRIES are the owners, the most thoughtful and gracious we've met anywhere. They were proactive, flexible, and supportive, solving things for us before we thought of them. Renting a new type of vehicle in a new place in a new language can be a lot to keep track of. Their process, documentation, and assistance was warm, welcoming, and professional — for the trip, the vehicle, and the island. They made all of it truly..."Don't worry!"

We had a great trip with Girassol because: 1) it has a reasonably big and level sleeping surface (unobstructed by any small cupboards, which we have encountered in other vans) - was enough for me, my partner and our 4-year-old daughter; 2) Raquel provided all the necessary ''customer support'' during our trip; 3) when we rented the pick-up / drop-off location was super convenient for us - 15 minute walking distance from the Porto airport building; 4) there is lots of space for all the groceries under the sleeping surface and the van comes with a very easy to set-up table and 4 chairs for enjoying a meal or just sitting outside by the van; 5) Girassol looks great, works very well mechanically and has a very reasonable fuel economy. It was a pleasure.

Mohamed was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the rental. He answered our messages immediately and even gave us his personal number for any questions we might have. I really liked his forethought in having a set of solar panels attached to the top. This made sure that the power never went under halfway over the nine days. Even on the cold night that we needed to use the heater. There was plenty of lighting and comfort. He seemed to think of everything.

Laetitia and Sébastien were amazing guests! Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and they took great care of the Jimny. They brought it back clean and just as it was given. We’d definitely be happy to host them again anytime. Wishing you both more awesome road trips ahead!

Notre location avec Dorian et Charlotte s’est très bien passée. Nous les recommandons avec plaisir car arrangeant et très sympathiques ! Concernant le van il correspondait à ce que nous cherchions pour une virée de deux semaines, l’aménagement était très bien et tout était fournit, il nous restait plus qu’à prendre la route !

Tout s'est très bien passé avec Julie et Olivier. Le fourgon a été rendu propre et rangé. Nous espérons que leur première expérience de road trip leur a plu. Nous les recommandons sans hésiter :)

Gianluca is a truly great and friendly host – always available and very helpful. The van is exactly as described and shown in the photos. For very tall drivers, it might be a bit challenging since the seat can’t be adjusted downward and you sit quite high. Overall, though, a great experienc. 5 out of 5 stars!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Jean-Michel and OlaCamp. With the help of translation apps, good intentions, and our mutual determination for a great travel experience our time in Jean-Michel's camper van was extraordinary. He met us at the train station, walked us through the operation of the van, its amenities, and even allowed us to unpack and leave our suitcases at his garage. The pièce de résistance were the two bottles of wine he graciously stocked the fridge with. The van was clean, very well-appointed, and drove smoothly during our entire trip. While chilly the first two nights, the bedding he provides was so warm- thick down duvets and very plush pillows- that we didn't need to run the heater at night. We spread our stays among road-side aires, France Passion (an escargot farm!), and paid camper parks with laundry and big shower stalls. On the day before returning the van a rock from an oncoming car hit the windshield and caused a crack. We immediately pulled over and contacted Jean-Michel, sending photos and asking his guidance if we needed to find a repair shop to stop the crack from spreading. Every renter's nightmare is having damage occur, but Jean-Michel was so professional and reassuring, advising us to continue on our return to Donges. Brittany was beautiful, the weather perfect, and the villages and fests we visited delightful...but Jean-Michel and his Ola Camp made our trip so fantastic.

We had an unforgettable trip with the van – it was comfortable, reliable, and had everything we needed in a compact setup that was easy to drive, even without much experience with bigger vehicles. You can really tell that a lot of care and love went into building it (it inspired me to maybe build my own one day). The owner was super friendly and flexible, always quick to respond and helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in the van. The owners collected us at the airport. The van was excellent, spotlessly clean, easy to drive and very comfortable to live and sleep in! Katia and Fede are excellent owners/hosts! Highly recommended!!

Highly recomended! Their caravans and service are amazing. We’ve needed two booster seats and they had no problem renting them to us. They even showed us some good spots to stay. We'll use them again :)

We had an amazing road trip through South Sardinia with Marco’s van! The van was super comfortable, reliable, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable journey. It’s completely equipped for wild camping, which gave us the freedom to stay in stunning, remote spots and really connect with nature. It was easy to drive and perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal areas and hidden gems of the island. Marco was also very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended if you want a great camper experience in Sardinia! Thanks a lot Marco!
