Mike and Alice were fantastic to deal with. The campervan was exactly as described and functioned really well. It is an older model, so has expected wear and tear, but nothing that inhibited it performing admirably. I could not be more positive about Mike and Alice, they were so helpful and gracious. We were first time hirers of a camper van, and despite not sharing the same language, Mike and Alice were able to communicate everything we needed to know and more.

Ariel was so nice and lovely! The campervan itself was everything we dreamed of – worked amazingly, super comfortable, and equipped to the highest level. The only downside during the trip was that it came with a broken, non-working back light, which worried us as we thought we might get fined for it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was later overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction with the owner of Flying Campers. For several weeks after the rental, I tried to get a copy of the rental agreement for my coverage company. During this time, he barely responded to my messages and repeatedly told me there were no additional documents, without making any genuine effort to help. When I followed up with a call, he raised his voice, screamed at me over the phone, and then hung up. This felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving me frustrated and disappointed

Fabio was flexible and very easy to deal with. Both pick-up and drop-off processes were smooth and fast. The RV was comfy and everything worked well.

Great people to work with, fantastic little RV, clean, works well, easy to drive and great fuel economy.

We rented through Yescapa for a trip along the Baltic coast in Poland and had a fantastic experience! The campervan was great – clean, reliable, and fully equipped. Fernando, the owner, was super helpful and communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very nice and helpful owner.Very generous person,when the fridge didn't work he came at 11 p.m. to fix it . We had an issue but he was open to the solutions and once again very helpful.Muchas gracias🙏❤️

Philipp est un propriétaire du 🚐 très fiable, sympathique et compréhensif. Le véhicule est comme neuf et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour des vacances de rêve. Le confort de conduite et de couchage est excellent, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la douche extérieure. En bref: Nous recommandons vivement Philipp et le 🚐✌🏼

Simone was a delight, collected me from bus stop, explained all details of vehicle, was always available. Even though I had to return the vehicle back early, he was accommodating.

Nous avons vécu une expérience fantastique avec Bertrand et son van ! Bertrand a été incroyablement accueillant et gentil du début à la fin. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport (et nous y a également ramenés le jour du retour), nous a conduits jusqu’à l’endroit où était garé le van, puis a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer en détail — la vérification du véhicule, la signature du contrat, et le fonctionnement de chaque élément. Il a su être à la fois très professionnel et vraiment chaleureux, ce qui a fait toute la différence. Quant au van — il était exceptionnel. Parfaitement entretenu, dans un état impeccable. L’aménagement intérieur est vraiment bien pensé : le lit se range au plafond, ce qui permet d’avoir un espace de vie très spacieux avec une vraie cuisine, des toilettes, une douche et même un placard. Et il était équipé de tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre dedans confortablement : linge de lit, oreillers, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes… Bertrand et sa femme ont pensé à tout, jusque dans les moindres détails. Même une maman n’aurait pas mieux préparé ce van ! Nous recommandons absolument de louer auprès de Bertrand. Un super hôte (et une super hôtesse !) avec un super van !

We really enjoyed the trip with Amarelita, it’s comfortable and well organized. It is also very pretty. The hosts were super nice and friendly since much before the actual trip and all along. They accommodated all our requests, even with very appreciated extra! 5 stars! Highly recommended!!

Superbe expérience

The vehicle is amazing, a true luxury RV. The bedroom and main bed were super comfortable with air conditioning, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is quite large. I’d definitely rent an identical vehicle again.I give 3 stars to the owner even though we didn’t meet or talk to the owner because this vehicle is managed by an agency called McRent. This agency is extremely slow. It took us two hours to pick up the vehicle, they had only one employee doing the check ins and check outs, and one hour to return the vehicle. We had to watch a video of almost 30 minutes before being allowed to drive it, they could have sent us a link to the video a week in advance and I could have watched it at home. The deposit has to be paid in cash (1,500 euro), I got the deposit back without any issue but it’s annoying to come back home with all this cash. Moreover, the bed sheets or linen were not included and we had to pay 55 euro for it. Chairs were not included either, I think it was another 50 but I’m not sure cause we didn’t take them.Summary: great vehicle managed by an extremely slow company and extras not included in the price.

Young guys around 25 years old, but very responsible, serious, and very willing to listen. For example, they had to change their return time for the vehicle, and even though it was very early in the morning, they were happy to accommodate and meet me for the handover. The van was returned in excellent condition, clean and with no visible damage. Thank you very much – I look forward to seeing you again for your next Sardinian adventure! Cheers, Matteo
